Hundreds More Are Given 60 Day W.A.R.N. Notice

Well, if any of you saw Frank Harvey on WPTV the other night, and noticed that his lips were moving, you realized he was lying once again when he told the reporter that there are no more lay-offs planned. He said this the day after 200 plus employees were served notice that they have 60 days of employment left before hitting the bricks in an already troubled job market.  Over the past year Liberty has laid off hundreds of employees and this last batch is certainly not the last.
In recent months Liberty has sent many of their supervisors to Manila, Philippines to train the hundreds of Philippine employees  in that location that will be receiving approximately 25% of the salary that the Port Saint Lucie employees were paid on average.
CEO Frank Harvey and his cronies are still receiving 6 and 7 figure incomes while they are putting hundreds of loyal employees' financial futures in jeopardy.  Foreclosures and repossessions can't be far behind for many of these displaced workers.  How does Mr. Harvey, who has asked us to pray for him, sleep at night?  And why does the government continue to allow any company that receives payment from Medicare to ship thousands of jobs overseas when our unemployment rate is still so high?

Are you one of the many that have received your lay-off notice?  Tell us how you feel and what your plans are.

  1. So sorry to hear of the shabby treatment, beginning with the cuts in pay you received shortly before Christmas. Any mathematical expert could have told them pay cuts were not going to put a dent in the gazzilion dollars owed to you know who. Any who how, the big wigs want everyone to give themselves a hand for all their hard work, along with the rest of the headless horsemen, for hanging in while biz goes over to the Philappines. We are standing by at
Arrivaderchy with our heads in a tizzy while our departmental Crusher get big bucks reducing our productivity for months to glorify the results overseas. The other half was flown in to ensure us there is no retaliation and come forward...we that have been employees know there darn well is such a thing as retaliation...Standing by in Coral Springs...God Bless.
